All tours, workshops and vouchers are to be booked and paid in advance via the secure online booking system which is supplied by Goliath Reservation Systems. Your financial details are totally secure.
Mystery Tours, Night Tours and Personal Tours
All tours are to be paid in advance.
There are no refunds.
A confirmation email with instructions will be sent once payment is received. This is to be presented to the guide on the day of the tour.
Tours are not transferable to another person without permission from Hairy Goat.
All attendees pay full price whether using a camera or not. Only children under 12 years old are free of charge (maximum 2 per family).
If you have paid for full time Student or Concession rates, present your ID to the guide at the start of the tour, or you may be charged the price difference (valid for daytime Mystery Tours only)
All tours are held in rain, sunshine, cloud and snow. We do not postpone tours unless the weather is really hazardous. We would then re-arrange an alternate date/time for the tour to suit both clients and Hairy Goat. Or you would then have a credit to be used on another tour or product.

If you cancel your place more than 14 days before the event, a £20 fee applies per person.
Cancellation fee of £30 applies per person if cancelled 4 – 14 days before the scheduled date.
Cancellation fee of £60 applies per person if cancelled 1-3 days before the scheduled date.

London Photography Tour

This tour is held in all weather and we would only cancel if the weather is hazardous. We will endeavour to cover as many of the locations as possible. However London is a dynamic city, especially in 2012 and some locations may not be available every day, so we will visit an alternative location.

Gift Vouchers and Gifts
T’shirts, photos and gift vouchers are to be paid in advance before delivery. Gift Vouchers will be sent as an email attachment which can be downloaded and printed for the recipient.
T’shirts and photos will be delivered via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (individual postage rates apply depending on the item and delivery location) or if clients are attending a tour items will be provided on the tour.
All goods will be sold in excellent and new condition. They will be securely wrapped to avoid damage during delivery. Large photos will be enclosed in a heavy duty cylinder. However, if an item arrives damaged, please send me an email corinna@hairygoat.net with your telephone number and I will contact you regarding replacement.
