London Photography Tour (Instructional)
Are you visiting London for the first time and want to see all the major attractions and get the best London photos you can? Or do you know your way around London, but want some help with your camera and need photography instruction? Hairy Goat is pleased to launch the London Photography Tour.
It’s a 4 hour instructional walking photography tour covering the main tourist attractions of London that everyone wants to see and take photos of, such as Trafalgar Square, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey and London Eye. So if you are a first time visitor to London, or even a regular visitor, this is the tour for you.
On the Hairy Goat London Photography Tour, a professional photographer will guide the tour and provide instruction to everyone. Groups sizes are small (6 people) so you will get individual attention. It doesn’t matter what type of camera you have, we’ll help you get the best out of it so you’ll go home with photos to be proud of, increased knowledge on how your camera works and more creative ideas for your photography. The tour is suitable for compact cameras, Bridge cameras and SLRs, both film and digital. And if you want to do the tour using your phone camera, that’s fine by us too.
The London Photography Tour will start with a 30 – 60 min talk about the main points in photography, how to get those shots with the blurred or sharp background (Aperture), how to freeze or blur motion (Shutter Speed), what to consider with the variable London light (ISO), focus points and how to find all this on your camera. Depending on the day, we’ll either spend the first half hour doing this over a cup of coffee inside, or just get going and instruct on the spot at the first locations on Southbank. And then we’re off to explore the photographic highlights of London. The photographer guide is there to help you get the best from your camera, solve your issues, give you ideas for creative photography and how to make the most of any situation and environment. The photographer guides love what they do and their enthusiasm is infectious. You’ll have a great time and walk away inspired by photography and in love with London. Plus the guides will also give you information on the history and architecture of the buildings and area. So it’s double value!
And for a special deal, if you book the London Photography Tour (£85) plus the London Photography Mystery Tour (£40), you will receive £10 discount on the Mystery Tour and only pay a total of £115 instead of £125. You will get 7 hours of exploration and sightseeing, photography instruction, lots of history and have a great time with London’s top rated photography tour company. You will cover both ends of London and in two tours you will see far more than most people ever see!
To book both tours at the same time and get the extra £10 discount, bookings and payment is made over the phone, so send me your phone number and I’ll give you a call.

Where do we go:
Southbank, London Eye, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Horseguards Parade, St James Park, The Mall, Admiralty Arch, Trafalgar Square and St Martin in the Fields Church. Please note, London is a very dynamic city and some of these locations may not be accessible on the day due to road closures or events. If that happens, we’ll find other interesting locations instead.
