A confirmation email or ticket will be sent once payment is received. This is to be presented to the guide on the day of the tour
Tours are not transferable to another person
If you have paid for full time Student or Concession rates, present your ID to the guide at the start of the tour, or you may be charged the price difference (valid for daytime Mystery Tours only)
Unless the weather is really hazardous, the tour is held in rain, sunshine, cloud and snow
All personal tuition and workshops are to be paid in advance. Once payment is received a confirmation email will be sent.
Cancellations are allowed, minus a fee. The fee is dependent on notice given.
If you cancel your place more than 14 days before the event, a £20 fee applies per person.
Cancellation fee of £30 applies per person if cancelled 4 – 14 days before the scheduled date.
Cancellation fee of £60 applies per person if cancelled 1-3 days before the scheduled date.
No refund is available if cancelled on the day of the event.
In the event of Hairy Goat cancelling a tour due to lack of numbers, as much notice as possible will be given to the client. We will endeavour to provide a suitable substitute. There are no refunds, but the value can be used on any other Hairy Goat product or touror it can be transferred to another person.

There are no refunds.
This tour is held in all weather and we would only cancel if the weather is hazardous. We will endeavour to cover as many of the locations as possible. However London is a dynamic city, especially in 2012 and some locations may not be available every day, so we will visit an alternative location.
The tour will run in both dry and wet weather. Only if the weather is expected to be hazardous would the tour be postponed. We would give you as much notice of this as possible, but long range weather forecasts are often inaccurate, so it may only be the night before that it will be postponed. When making the booking, please provide a mobile contact number.
A minimum of 3 clients are required for this tour to run. If there are less than 3 bookings we will let you know asap, and move your tour to another scheduled date to suit you. Can you please nominate your first and second preference for dates.
There are no refunds if we have to cancel, but if you prefer, the value of the tour can also be used against any other Hairy Goat product including photos, tours, workshops and personal tuition.
Cancellations are allowed, minus a fee:
Cancelling from date of booking to 1 week before – 50%
Cancelling 6 to 3 days before – 75%
Cancelling 2 days or less – no refund.
T’shirts, photos and gift vouchers are to be paid in advance before delivery. Gift Vouchers will be sent as an email attachment.
T’shirts and photos will be delivered via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (individual postage rates apply depending on the item and delivery location)
Gift Vouchers are not refundable or cannot be redeemed for cash.
Voucher upgrades are available. An invoice will be sent for the difference in value and once payment is received, written confirmation of the new value will be sent.
All goods will be sold in excellent and new condition. They will be securely wrapped to avoid damage during delivery. Large photos will be enclosed in a heavy duty cylinder. However, if an item arrives damaged, please send me an email corinna@hairygoat.net with your telephone number and I will contact you regarding replacement.
